Abstract: 

Abstract Intuition is one of the characteristics of entrepreneurs and an important factor in the decision-making processes of entrepreneurs. In recent years, at the same time as the development of entrepreneurship as an interdisciplinary science, intuition and providing different definitions of it have not been noticed by researchers and researchers in this field, and many researches have not been written in this field. This is despite the fact that in other fields of humanities, especially management (with which entrepreneurship is closely related), basic sciences and even medical sciences, there is a suitable background and theoretical literature about this. On the other hand, it seems that the theoretical and epistemological foundations of this concept have not been researched as much as necessary in the few researches that have been conducted, and very little research has been done in this field. In this article, firstly, the definitions and researches about intuition are reviewed, and secondly, the little researches that have been done in entrepreneurship and its relationship with other sciences are discussed.

Abstract: 

Todays, Social entrepreneurship is recognized as a way of effective and sustainable economic and Social development. So, this concept needs more attention on the society and the country level. However, financing is a strategic issues that Social entrepreneurs are facing in launching and managing Social businesses. The aims of this study is to identify the ways of financing Social entrepreneurship. Methodology of the study is survey approach and the purpose is an applied research. Data was gathered by researcher made questionnaire that validity are confirmed by experts and reliability was proved by Alpha. Statistical population, are executives and Social entrepreneurs in Tehran city. The sample included 120 active Social entrepreneurs. Data analysis is done by descriptive statistics and confirmative factor analysis. The results showed that grants, in come, investment, and government support are the most important role in Social entrepreneurship financing.

Abstract: 

The ethical actions are important because of the priority of the mission goal and their close relationship with Social progress and development. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the identification and Social analysis of these types of actions among the verses of revelation and it deals with the effect of ethical actions in the production of Social capital in the process of progress based on religious teachings and answers these questions based on the Quranic teachings. What impact do ethical actions (behavior) have on the formation of Social progress? How do moral actions generate Social capital and influence progress (development)? What coordinates, examples and dimensions does this group of actions have? What are the effects and consequences of this group of actions? Those actions that are desirable and progressive in the development of Social interactions have been Socially studied, analyzed and searched by using the inductive content analysis method. Honesty, trustworthiness and fulfillment of an obligation, altruism (Arabic: إیثار, self-sacrifice), asking forgiveness or istighfār (Arabic: استغفار ʾistiġfār), and forgiving others, kindness, non-violence, chastity and purity, patience and honesty and benevolent actions combined with Social supervision have been discussed, which lead to sincerity, togetherness, coherence and expansion of Social interactions and emotional relationships far from hatred and warm and emotional relationships and as a result, it causes the production of Social capital and its improvement and will lead to the density of actions focused on purpose and excellence that are necessary for progress.

Abstract: 

Objective: The article seeks to examine the cultural dimensions of the university entrepreneurship ecosystem. Culture in individual, organizational, educational, research, business and management dimensions are the drivers of Social entrepreneurship development and its goal is to create Social value. Method: The research is descriptive with survey technique and questionnaire tools. The statistical population is 44 university graduates who have worked in the field of Social entrepreneurship. The sample size is selected by available sampling. Findings: Based on the findings, R2 values in the dimension of individual culture with (548. ), organizational culture with (555. ), educational culture with (508. ), research culture with (619. ), Business culture with (730. ) Explain the variance of the dependent variable with (619) management culture. Results: showed that the culture of university entrepreneurial ecosystem in different dimensions is the driver of Social entrepreneurship development. Individual culture plays a role in the development of Social entrepreneurship by motivating, strengthening self-confidence and identifying opportunities. Organizational culture with teamwork, planning and organizational citizenship behavior, educational culture with quality of education, teaching methods and appropriate educational content, managerial culture with accountability and criticism, business culture with risk-taking, creativity, opportunity and culture Research by quality of research Attention to technological research and knowledge-based (start-up) helps to develop Social entrepreneurship, sense of responsibility and create Social value.

Abstract: 

This paper refers to Social entrepreneurship as a paradigm on which the two political and Social contexts have had effects. Abstract: 

Women entrepreneurs use virtual Social networks in their professional relationships. These relationships with higher quality leads to better performance in their businesses. The present study aimed to analyze the effects of virtual Social networks on improving rural women’s entrepreneurship. The statistical population of the study included all members of the Agricultural Development Specialized Holding Companies in Fars province in Iran. The study was conducted using survey and stratified random sampling methods with 269 individuals participated via questionnaires. The results indicated that virtual Social networks had a favorable effect on rural women’s businesses. There was a significant difference between women in the different studied counties regarding the effects of virtual Social networks on business. In addition, a significant difference was observed between women in various groups regarding the effect of virtual Social networks on business. In addition, greater effect of virtual Social networks on women’s businesses led to higher business resilience among the women entrepreneur and their businesses, which resulted in increasing the women’s information about business activities and their entrepreneurial activities in their businesses. Further, more use of Social networks by the women led to more use of marketing methods and strategies. Therefore, it is suggested that Agricultural Development Specialized Holding Companies use the functions of virtual Social networks in order to information transfer, networking and online training for members when necessary. Also provide the necessary training in the application of appropriate marketing methods and strategies to rural women entrepreneurs using these networks.

Abstract: 

This is an interpretive study, which uses grounded theory with Glaserian or emergent approach. It counts the components of Social entrepreneurship in Iran and designs a localized model. The research population was Social entrepreneurship experts and founders of Social companies. Through purposive sampling, 19 participants were selected and in-depth interviews were conducted with them. In order to analyze the data, MAXQDA was used and open, selective, and theoretical coding processes were performed. After analyzing the coding process and continuously comparing the codes with the original data, 35 concepts were extracted. Four criteria of trustworthiness, transformability, dependability, and confirmability were used to evaluate the strength of the research. In this model the followings were identified as the central category of Social value creation process: causes (needs, problems, challenges, Social and environmental crises, and the existence of Social opportunities), correlated factors or covariances (individual and Social motivations, proSocial factors, individual entrepreneurial knowledge, educational background, previous knowledge and experience, family factors, personality dimensions, and role patterns), contingencies or moderating factors (entrepreneurial and organizational skills, capital infrastructure, different types of organization, convergence of support institutions, team and networking, having a business model, training and research centers, mentors and growth centers, solving problems of Social entrepreneurs), mediating conditions (legitimacy of Social entrepreneurship, stability and comprehensiveness, attractiveness of Social entrepreneurship activities), consequences (creating values, and spiritual, Social, and economic), context or environment (socio-cultural factors, geographical factors, political factors, economic factors, laws and policies, media). This study provides new perspectives and valuable insights on Social entrepreneurship for future researchers, Iranian Social entrepreneurs, policy makers, and decision makers in this field.
